Timeline For Foreclosure

The exact time line for foreclosure cannot be determined in any case because it purely depends on the circumstances of the foreclosure. Market value added, also known as MVA, is the difference in the market value of a company and the capital that the investors have invested in the company. Market value added is measured in terms of positive and negative values. If the value is positive, then the amount of value added needs to be more than what the investors would have got by investing their funds into the market portfolio of the same company. If it is less, then the market value added is in the negative.
